Loved Items received but did not love the process !
I processed payment and placed order on 8/30/2019 with expedited shipping for $15.00 (2-3 day shipping) Immediately following the placement of the order we contacted the customer service as our discount code did not apply to transaction. Spoke with Jesse about situation. Options were to return and replace order ( pay fo restocking fee or keep) so we chose to leave as is. However, our order was then put on hold with NO NOTICE. After waiting 4 days for our package to arrive we contacted customer service again and were told the items were not shipped out due to our inquiry. Our order was then sent via standard delivery rather than expedited shipping as paid for at checkout. Items finally received on 09/06/2019.
Sadly unsatisfied with communication and service received during this point of the order.
